We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Associate to join one of your product teams based in San Francisco. Our teams own their roadmap, work collaboratively and include engineering, UI/UX design, and product management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business operations and strategic planning experience
  • Experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights through presentations and reporting
  • Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both data driven and non-data driven audiences
  • Experience in the business analysis of processes, metrics, workflows, or operations
  • Experience communicating effectively with a variety of audiences (internal, external, 1:1 and at scale)

  • Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data

  • Experience working with Excel to analyze data and develop reporting
